Instructions
- Combine almond flour, coconut flour, powdered sugar substitute, and melted butter in a bowl to form a crumbly mixture.
- Press the mixture into a lined 8×8 baking pan and set aside.
- Beat cream cheese, heavy cream, powdered sugar substitute, and vanilla until smooth; spread over the crust.
- Heat raspberries and water in a saucepan, mash them, and mix in powdered sugar substitute; let cool.
- Melt white chocolate chips in a microwave-safe dish.
- Spoon raspberry sauce and melted white chocolate over the cheesecake; swirl gently.
- Chill for at least one hour before serving.
