Instructions
- Boil the eggs for 8-10 minutes, then cool in an ice bath.
- Cook bacon in a pan over medium heat until crispy.
- Mash avocado and mix with olive oil, lime juice, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Peel and cut eggs in half; spread avocado mixture, add cheese and bacon, then cap with the other half.
- Secure each slider with a toothpick and season before serving.
