- 1 1/2 cups (148.5 g) pecans, chopped
- 1/4 cup (45 g) sugar-free chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325ºF and grease a 9-inch square baking pan.
- In a bowl, whisk together almond flour, sweetener, and salt.
- Stir in melted butter until combined.
- Press mixture into pan and bake for 10-12 minutes until golden.
- In a saucepan, combine butter, brown sugar replacement, and allulose; boil for 2-3 minutes.
- Remove from heat, add heavy cream, and cool slightly.
- Whisk in eggs, vanilla, and salt.
- Scatter pecans and chocolate chips on crust and pour the filling over.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until filling is set but jiggles slightly.
- Cool for 30 minutes before cutting into bars.
