Instructions
- Chill your heavy cream or coconut milk.
- Whip the chilled heavy cream or thick coconut milk until it forms stiff peaks.
- Gently fold in the unsweetened cocoa powder, Dutch cocoa, and sweetener.
- Add vanilla extract and instant coffee if desired, and whip to combine.
- Continue to whip until a smooth and creamy texture is achieved.
- Spoon the mousse into dessert dishes and chill for at least 30 minutes before serving.
