Instructions

- Add egg and vanilla extract, beating until smooth batter forms.
- Preheat waffle maker and cook one-third of the batter for 3-5 minutes.
- Repeat with the remaining batter to make 3 chaffles.
- Prepare glaze by whisking Swerve, vanilla extract, and heavy cream until smooth.
- Serve warm with whipped cream or berries.
