Instructions
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Combine ground beef with garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Divide the mixture into 8 balls.
- Press each ball onto a tortilla.
- Cook the burgers meat side down for 3-4 minutes.
- Flip and add cheese, cooking for another 2-3 minutes.
- Mix sauce ingredients in a separate bowl.
- Spread sauce over burgers and top with lettuce and pickles.
