- 2 lbs chicken tenders, thighs, or breast
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 stick butter
- 8–10 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- 1 tbsp hot sauce (adjust to taste)
- 2 tsp red pepper flakes
- 1/3 cup fresh parsley, minced
- 2 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Soak wooden skewers in water for at least 30 minutes.
- Mix paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.
- Cut chicken into 3-inch pieces and coat with olive oil and spice mix.
- Thread chicken onto skewers tightly.
- Make the garlic Parmesan butter sauce by mixing butter with minced garlic, red pepper flakes, hot sauce, parsley, and Parmesan.
- Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C). Cook skewers in batches for 5 minutes, flip, baste with sauce, and cook for an additional 8-9 minutes until cooked through.
- Baste with more sauce and serve.
