  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 stick butter
  • 810 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 tbsp hot sauce (adjust to taste)
  • 2 tsp red pepper flakes
  • 1/3 cup fresh parsley, minced
  • 2 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  • Soak wooden skewers in water for at least 30 minutes.
  • Mix paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.
  • Cut chicken into 3-inch pieces and coat with olive oil and spice mix.
  • Thread chicken onto skewers tightly.
  • Make the garlic Parmesan butter sauce by mixing butter with minced garlic, red pepper flakes, hot sauce, parsley, and Parmesan.
  • Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C). Cook skewers in batches for 5 minutes, flip, baste with sauce, and cook for an additional 8-9 minutes until cooked through.
  • Baste with more sauce and serve.
