- 1/3 cup Fresh Blueberries
- 6 ounces Cream Cheese, softened

- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract

- 3 tablespoons Swerve Confectioner's Sugar Substitute (plus additional for dusting)
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Combine softened cream cheese, Greek yogurt, vanilla extract, and Swerve in a bowl and blend until smooth.
- Spread the cream cheese mixture down the center of each tortilla.
- Add fresh blueberries on top of the cream cheese mixture.
- Roll the tortillas gently, keeping seams on the bottom.
- Brush the tops with melted butter.
- Place in the air fryer seam side down and cook for 8-10 minutes until golden brown.
- Dust with additional Swerve before serving.
