Instructions
- Cut zucchinis into long, thin strips.

- Combine egg whites with Cajun seasoning in a shallow bowl.
- Mix Parmesan cheese with Cajun seasoning in another shallow bowl.
- Dip zucchini strips into the egg white mixture, then coat with the Parmesan mixture.
- Arrange coated zucchini strips on the baking sheet and bake for 30 minutes, flipping halfway.
