- 1 (14 oz) can diced tomatoes
- 2 tsp Tony Chachere's creole seasoning
- 2 tsp garlic powder
- 2 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions
- Brown the ground beef in a large skillet over medium heat for 5-7 minutes.
- Add chopped onion and bell pepper. Sauté for 3-4 minutes.
- Stir in chopped cabbage and canned diced tomatoes, then add spices.
- Cover and simmer for 20-25 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Taste and adjust seasoning, then top with cheddar cheese and let melt.
